A private residential lake community offering premium amenities for our guests. Per HOA guidelines, a maximum of 8 guest wristbands will be provided. Registration form must be completed 5 days before check-in. $7 per vehicle pass required for parking.

How do I get community wristbands? +

After your reservation is confirmed, you'll be sent a request to sign the community registration form. This must be completed and returned at least 5 days prior to check-in for issuance of guest wristbands and vehicle passes.

What's the parking situation? +

Driveway parking is available for up to 5 cars. A $7 vehicle pass is required for parking on property during your stay. The vehicle pass also enables access to trash disposal and parking throughout Towamensing Trails.

Is early check-in or late checkout possible? +

Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

Are pets allowed? +

No pets are allowed at Lake House Cabin.

Is the hot tub available year-round? +

Yes, the 6-8 person hot tub is available year-round and is professionally cleaned before every guest check-in.

What parts of the home are locked off? +

You will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of three closets, a spare fridge, and garage that contain supplies. These will be locked and labelled appropriately.

Is there a minimum stay? +

Minimum stay requirements vary by season and dates. Please check availability for specific requirements.

How does direct booking work vs. Airbnb? +
